The Help Personal Response System is equipped with advanced monitoring technology and is very user friendly. Installation is just like plugging in an answering machine, and using the Help unit is as easy as 1-2-3! Our highly trained professional staff is available 24 hours a day, every day to assist with any needs you may have. To get Help, follow these three simple steps:
1. Press the Help button for immediate assistance.
On the pendant or on the base unit, we encourage our customers to press their Help button as often as they like, regardless of the time of day.


2. Speak to our trained professional staff
The staff at our locally owned and operated call center will speak to you directly through the speaker on your Help unit. Whether it is an emergency, a lost telephone number, or even a forgotten time for a doctor’s appointment, our friendly and professional staff is happy to Help 24/7.
3. Assistance is on the way
Based on the nature of your call, our trained staff can dispatch emergency responders, contact doctors or other care-givers, and even call family or neighbors. You can have the Help you need within seconds of pressing your Help button.
